To Quit or Not to Quit

I thought I had reached the end of the road. I had spent the last 6 years of my professional life with my current employer. I thought maybe it was time for me to move on.
But what do you do when the person you trust the most, the person you consider your career counselor asks you to stay back? Doubts started to cloud my thinking. “Should I really trust this person? What if he was saying this to manipulate me? Does he really wish the best for me?” were the thoughts racing through my mind. I was asking the lord to guide me to make the right decision.
One day I felt one way, and another day I felt another way. Totally confused! For good or bad, I decided that I was not going to lose the trust I reposed in my counselor friend. I have decided to stay back. Only time will tell whether my decision is the right one!
In these time the words that carry me forward are the words spoken by 2 men of God.
- “God does not put you in places where favor is, but he prepositions you for favor.”
- “Its equally easy for God to bless your wrongs decisions and your right ones”

Thats your personal opinion not to quite from the org! But my words will be to go for new job. Becos the relation with the manager is strongly established, even if we separate now, things wont change upside down.
Besides, you get new chances to face new challenges! I love challenges. that makes you more suited for survival! Isn't it?
U hav been the strength for the team and some one ,whom they cant think or imagine about missing u.
Search for what you want for ur life can lead u to a path that inspires you the most. Look into what stops you from being that... :)
Hope I am not impacting you.
